We use the freshest ingredients available, with a large percentage of our products being locally grown. Our seasonings, spices, sauces and marinades are created in-house to ensure freshness. We do not use enhanced meats, which is chicken, pork and beef that has been injected with water, salt, phosphates, antioxidants and flavoring to swell up muscle cells and make the meats juicier and more tender, and also extends shelf life. This hidden sodium content poses a significant health risk, especially for individual with known hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and/or obesity. Each member of our kitchen staff is certified in food safety, proper food handling techniques and packaging of foods.
